Marin Honda’s number of short program was “The Giving”. It was a slow-tempo tune that is easy to pour her soul into, but she couldn’t throw down finished program to us during today’s performance. Because she was unable to judge the required performance by the feedback of spectators by my guess. In fact, she has put out feelers many times until right before her stage to read an atmosphere of the arena.
I want to give her my advice that it’s better to make a virtue of necessity and turn it on with great care at times like that. Take it easy.
